18th SAMDPR –

This email is just a “POLITE REMINDER” that my FINAL SHIPPING DATE for THE 18th SOUTH AFRICAN MILLION DOLLAR PIGEON RACE is now approaching fast, in fact only one week away.

If you are intending entering this great race, then I must receive your pigeons by 12-00 (Midday) on MONDAY 1st JULY 2013 at the latest, otherwise unfortunately I can’t accept them for entry.

All the Official Registration & Entry Forms, Booking Forms and copy of my latest advert, plus a map of how to get to my home address have been sent out to interested fanciers and past entrants a few days ago.

If you have not received this paperwork and want to enter, then please call me immediately and I will forward a copy of them by First Class Mail or attach them to an email.

Can you please confirm by email or telephone how many pigeons you will be entering and how they will be arriving with me (Courier or By Hand) and what day they will be arriving. Your help in this matter will of course be greatly appreciated.

Also please make sure that the OFFICIAL REGISTRATION & ENTRY FORM (the one with spaces for your Name & Address, Syndicate Name, AS Account Number, Ring Numbers & Pigeon’s Name) accompanies your pigeons as this makes it much easier to sort them out on their arrival.

It currently looks like being another great entry for the UNITED KINGDOM TEAM, as I have already sent out 371 pigeons in my 1st shipment on the 12th June 2013 and all arrived safely in South Africa.
