About Derry City Federation:
T he federation was formed 1991 to promote and attract back to the sport old members and racing took of well and competition become very competitive two members from each club foyle,londonderry,maiden city.and rock formed the commitee and birdage started to double in old bird and treble in young bird racing with a van on the road training it soon become clear from members that if they could get races seperate from the nipa it would help in the education of young birds racing started in 2000 and has proved to be very successful with fanciers across the four clubs gaining top honours aganist the rest of northern ireland so pigeon racing has flourished and is very healthy.
