Gowran Park - 18/08/18

Postby willie reynolds » Sun Aug 19, 2018 9:25 am

Weather last weekend was not exactly perfect, while all the Northern Organizations were able to release early the South of Ireland convoys further down the land all had to move and release later in the day. The NIPA released in Gowran Park, County Kilkenny at 9.15am in broken cloud and in a South West wind and it was reported that the birds cleared well. The result was probably better than most expected and good returns were the order of the day. Well done to the East Antrim lofts that had the best birds in the NIPA with the overall winner timed in Ligoniel by Michael & Margaret Atcheson who were delighted with the result, the only bird breaking 1900ypm.
