All results will be listed here each week of the racing season, NIPA Clubs should contact Homer either through Facebook, Text to Mobile or via E-Mail. Results for Clubs not in contact will be lifted from the NIPA Website after listing following each race. Irish National Flying Club
The INFC has 2,100 members across Ireland. The 6 Race Programme includes the famous Kings Cup Grand National from France. Friendship Nat is also France, Ylr Nat Sennen Cove, YB Grand Nat Penzance and OB and YB Nat from Skibbereen. Northern Ireland Provincial Amalgamation (NIPA)
The NIPA was founded in 1945 and it's membership was open to all members within Northern Ireland - We are one of the largest weekly convoying organisations in the UK. Presently we have approx. 100 clubs as members, with over 2,000 members. Birds competing each week can reach 25 to 30 thousand, depending on the race. The race programme starts in Ireland down to Rosscarbery and continues through Wales & England to Penzance, and the Premier OB Nat flown from St Malo (France). East Down Combine
The East Down Combine was formed in 1967 and caters for pigeons fanciers within the County of Down in Northern Ireland. There are currently 22 clubs with approx 200 members sending a birdage of up to 5,000 pigeons each week. The Combine is currently spilt into 2 Section with a line running North to South creating an East to West Section. The membership currently race for 40 Open positions and 20 Section positions on a weekly basis. The Combine is affiliated to The Irish Homing Union Regulating and Promoting the Sport of Pigeon Racing in Ireland since 1895. Irish South Road Federation
The Irish South Road Federation (ISRF) was formed in 1968 and currently has approximately 800 racing members/partnerships in over thirty clubs. The federation covers an area from Wicklow to Monaghan, with the majority of the members located in the Dublin region The weekly races have approx 8,000 to 14,000 birds competing in the inland races, and 2000 to 4000 approx birds competing in the six channel races. Depending on where the birds cross, they will fly between 60 and 100 miles approximately from England (the Irish Channel) and over 600 miles from France (St Malo) to Dublin. The ISRF has four 40 foot transporters with a carrying capacity of nearly 17,000 birds at 20 birds per crate. For all the latest News and Results on the Federation click here. - 173 Topics

Welcome!, My name is Kevin Barry and I race in the Sarsfield RPC in Dublin part of the Irish South Road Fed. Our Fed at the moment has 730 members and on average fly between 8,000 and 12,000 birds Inland per week with 2 to 3,000 going in our channel races. Our racing is Inter Club Racing. North Coast Classic (Coleraine) -
The North Coast Classic is now in its 8th year! All our prize money and pool money has been paid within 10 days. We have SIX Hotspot races prior to the North Coast Classic Race from Cork. The six Hot Spot races will take place from 70, 115, 150, 175, 196 and 150 miles on consecutive Sundays. Each week we have given prizes for the top 5 in each Hotspot race. The final race, The North Coast Classic, from Cork will be 265 miles. 1st Prize £15,000, other estimated prizes are £3,000, £2,000, £1,000, £800, £600, £400, £200, 7 x £150 and 6 x £100. Ace Pigeon £1,000, 2 Bird Average £500 and Six Hot Spot Races with prizes 1st £150, 2nd £100, 3rd £50, 4th £50 and 5th £50. Probably the best sprint pigeon in the world!
1st Open 22,585 birds (Nenagh) in Ireland, 1st Open 22,889 birds (Mallow) in Ireland, 1st Open 23,767 birds (Tramore) in Ireland
2nd Open 24,105 birds (Wexford) in Ireland (beaten by two loft mates) 16th Open 20,699 birds (Arklow) in Ireland Other open positions were also won by champion Ron-Ville-Millennium Superstar.
Winning four R.P.R.A. awards in one season racing as follows:
1st R.P.R.A. Irish region 0 – 250 miles sprint champion; 1st R.P.R.A. Irish region Any Distance Champion; 1st R.P.R.A. National 0 – 250 miles champion (United Kingdom); 1st R.P.R.A. National Any distance champion (United Kingdom). Ron- Ville-Millennium Superstar also won the Selby Thomas Trophy for the 0 – 250 national sprint champion of the United Kingdom and the Tony Comwall trophy for the Any distance National champion of the United Kingdom.
The 3 x 1st Opens won by Ron- Ville-Millennium Superstar were won three weeks in a row from three different race points.
No other pigeon in the history of the N.I.P.A. has ever won the open three times, never mind three in a row. What a Champion! - 0 Topics
