Last weekend saw the NIPA delay race marking for Clonmel until Saturday evening with the convoy liberated early on Sunday morning. Locally 72 members had sent 747 birds and although the leading pigeons covered the 180 plus miles in under 4 hours there were a few empty perches come close of play. Runner up spot falls to Anthony McCrudden with Sean Duffy back in the frame for 3rd & 12th. Tommy McDaid has 3 in the result taking 4th, 10th & 16th. Dunne & Quigley complete the top 5.
