Due to a poor forecast the NIPA decided to postpone the Inland National from Rosscarbery and elected instead to go to Tullamore approximately 125 miles to local flyers. With a helping wind and despite some very heavy showers on route the leading pigeons covered the distance in less than 2 hours. Top spot goes to Foyle member Teddy Millar whose pigeon will feature well up in the NIPA open result. Teddy also tops section H of the NIPA and this will please him no end. Well done Teddy. The ever present Anthony McCrudden has 4 in the result taking 2nd, 15th, 16th & 17th. Frankie Ramsay is in the frame for 3rd while Leo Flanagan & Son have 2 in contention for 4th & 7th. The Waterside loft of Noel Murray also has 2 in 5th & 19th. Other Results: 6th & 18th - M/M P Maxwell ; 8th - A & K Mitchell ; 9th - S McGrotty ; 10th -R Lyle ; 11th & 20th - Maguire & McDevitt; 12th & 14th - P Mc Laughlin ; 13th - Coyle Bros.
