In the Fermoy race where 40 members sent 450 birds Maiden City fancier Eamon Quigley puts up a great performance to take 1st and 2sd Fed and again takes the premier position in section H of the NIPA. Some flying for a loft well off the line flight. Foyle member Sean Duffy also has a great race timing 4 birds to take 2sd,5th,6th & 18th positions while Eddie McEleney is back in the frame for 4th spot.

NIPA Section H Club Results Fermoy
Maiden City 16/160 – 1st Eamon Quigley 1932, 2nd Eamon Quigley 1913, 3rd P & M Healy 1896, 4th Coyle Bros 1866, 5th G McLaughlin 1858, 6th M Concannon 1834. Very Well Done to Eamon Quigley who doesn’t live in the easiest places to fly pigeons to and will surely top the Fed with this leading contender and also looks good for NIPA Section honours.
The Fermoy pigeons were also released early on Sunday and put up amazing velocities with Inch Island fancier Eamon Quigley dominating the result, Eamon who has never been out of the frame all season takes 1st & 2sd club ,tops the Fed and also wins Section H of the NIPA. Some result into this part of the country. P & M Healy have 3 timers for 3rd,8th & 10th with Coyle Bros counting again for 4th & 9th. Club secretary Gerry Mc Laughlin takes 5th Club with Nicka Concannon in 6th.
Foyle RPC 18/184 - 1st Sean Duffy 1896, 2nd Eddie Mc Eleney 1896, 3rd Raymond O Reilly 1871, 4th Sean Duffy 1870. Good flying by Sean Duffy to top the Club and finish fourth also with the ever consistent Eddie McEleney and Raymond O’Reilly filling 2nd & 3rd Spots respectively.
Omagh & District 5/87 – 1st A Kelly 1887, 2nd A Hall 1868, 3rd R Adams 1830, 4th R Adams 1802, 5th A Kelly 1762, 6th S Grimes 1463. Well done to the Kelly loft who record their third success of the season flying with the strong and competitive Omagh & District HPS, followed by Alan Hall in runner-up spot Alan already winning an NIPA Open this year to date.
Londonderry RPS - 1st D Kelly 1862, 2nd J & D Kelly 1857, 3rd D Wick 1849, 4th L Flanagan 1828, 5th L Flanagan 1821, 6th D Wick 1818, 7th J & D Kelly 1792, 8th J & D Kelly 1759, 9th L. Flanagan 1746, 10th D Kelly 1736. Excellent flying by the Kelly loft to record 1st club from Fermoy into the strong and competitive Londonderry RPS.
Limavady RPS 11/172 – 1st B Mailey 1824, 2nd R McIlmoyle 1809, 3rd R McIlmoyle 1801, 4th R Withrow 1787, 5th B Mailey 1760, 6th W McIlmoyle 1751, 7th H Crawford 1749. Brain Mailey collects his second Red Card of 2009 this week from Fermoy ahead of the McIlmoyle loft who had a smashing weekend.
Strabane RPC 4/58 – 1st R McBride 1797, 2nd B Gamble 1766, 3rd B Gamble 1733, 4th T McBride 1708, 5th B Gamble 1700, 6th B Gamble 1697. Well done to the McBride loft on this weeks success Raymond has started to find form with them and clocks one of his Janssens to record his first success of 2009.
