Last weekend the NIPA enjoyed excellent races from Bude and Fermoy, it was a similar story for all others despite some concern about heavy rain and poor weather conditions later in the day. Most birds were home before any major weather problems. Could I ask now we have new arrangements in place if clubs could furnish results to ourselves and to the website to have same posted by lunchtime on a Sunday, this will give us additional time to add text. I understand full well this will apply especially to races flown on the appointed day and without delay.

With Talbenny being delayed until Monday we have been trying to catch up and Mid Antrim Champions league has developed as per the Quarter Final. J & N Simpson (Broughshane) beat Young McManus & Sons (Ahoghill), D Dixon (Rasharkin) beat G Dickey (Ahoghill), Hugh Boyd (Randalstown) beat Harry Boyd (Kells), and W & J Smyth (Ballymena) beat G Gibson (Cullybackey). On Tuesday 23rd June Cullybackey will be open to collect entries, club cheques etc re St Malo and Yearling Hen Nat and Yearling Cock Nat. Three separate cheques are required, club open between 8.30pm and 9.30pm. Weather permitting the Premier OB Nat will be flown from St Malo in France on Friday 26th June with the Yearling Nationals from Rosscarbery on Saturday 27th June. This end of season date for the Yearling Nat should give an increased entry especially after a very successful OB Season to date.
