NIPA - This weeks race is the Roscarbery Young Bird National.We will update this evening (Wednesday) with information on race marking arrangements.

This weeks race is the Roscarbery Young Bird National.

There is uncertainty at present for Saturday’s weather in the Cork area with rain due early in the morning.

Weather reports will be checked on Thursday and we will update on Thursday evening with further information.

The race controller has said that the weather for Saturday in the Cork Area won't be suitable for a race and we will update the website tomorrow night Friday with further information.

Update Friday 21/09/18 - The NIPA have decided to race mark on Saturday for possible release in Rosscarbery on Monday collection times will be on an earlier posting.

INFC - Final YB Nat Skibbereen due to be flown on Saturday.

Skibbereen Young Bird National-Update Wednesday 19th September 2018 @ 19:00.

Racing marking will not take place on Thursday as planned.

Weather reports for Saturday at present forecast rain in the Skibbereen area before day break which will remain for most of the day. Sunday’s forecast is also for strong winds and rain.

The timing of the incoming rain will be checked on Thursday evening and a further update will be issue on Thursday evening when further information on race marking will be available.

Skibbereen Young Bird National-Update Thursday 20th September 2018 @ 19:00.

Racing marking will not take place on Friday.

Weather reports for Saturday at present forecast rain in the Skibbereen area before day break which will remain for most of the day.

Sunday’s forecast is also for strong winds and rain.

High pressure is expected to build over Ireland on Monday.

We will update tomorrow evening (Friday) when further information will be available.

Skibbereen Young Bird National - Update Friday 21st September @ 18:30.

Race marking will take place on Saturday between 12:00 mid day and 15:00.

Weather permitting we plan to release on Monday.

ISRF Skibbereen - Due to a very poor forecast for Friday Saturday and Sunday a decision will not be made until Friday lunchtime for the last open race of the season.

Rosscarbery YB Nat - The NIPA have released in Rosscarbery at 9.30am in a Northwest wind this will vary in strength and the route home will be bright with the odd shower - your birds cleared well.

Skibbereen Young Bird National.

Monday 24th September 2018.We expected to liberate later this morning.
Our next update will be around 1100am.

ISRF released in Skibbereen at 10.30am.

Infc skibbereen
232 members have entered 2022 pigeons in the race and are competing for £8650.00 pools and prizemoney.

The pigeons have been released at 10:45 into a light northerly wind.
