Information on race marking.At a meeting of the management committee held on 2nd April it was decided that due to the number of cases of sickness being reported at present, members will be permitted to have their own crates for the first four old bird races. Fred Russell Secretary.
To make up the required numbers club members can share crates, 21 birds total per crate. Inland Crates are now £11.00, the cross channel races will be £12.00 per crate.
NIPA will be in Mullingar for the opening race of the old bird season. Call back for updates and confirmed liberations.
Confirmation of Club Results to be Faxed, E-Mailed, or Hand Delivered to the NIPA Headquarters by 9.00pm on the evening of the race. Results to Homer ASAP after the race please, some detail and a photo of winner if possible. NIPA Sections A, B, E and H as usual. Every club should appoint a PO or press person, and each club should think about setting up a club page on Facebook.
The 2019 racing season is at the moment due too commence on Saturday 13th April 2019.The race advisory committee will make a final decision on Thursday evening.Could any clubs who do not intend racing this weekend, if racing is going ahead please inform the N.I.P.A. The NIPA have decided to racemark as normal on Friday 12th for a possible release in Mullingar on Saturday, any club NOT sending to Mullingar please get in touch with headquarters asap thank you.

The East Down Combine will Hamper as Scheduled on Friday Night for this Weeks Race from Tullamore.

NIPA are in Mullingar - Update around 10.30am on a possible liberation.
The NIPA are in Mullingar this morning and the race controller reports that a liberation is possible at around 10.30 we will update the website asap after we receive confirmation of a liberation. Would all members please note that Lib Line is not operational this week as there are problems with the system and hopefully this will be operational next week.
The NIPA have liberated at 10.45am in Mullingar in a South East wind and your birds cleared well.
East Down Combine are in Tullamore.The East Down Combine expect to Liberate in Tullamore at 09.30 next update will be around 09.45.
The East Down Combine have Liberated in Tullamore at 9.30am. Wind Fresh South East.
Irish South Road Federation are in Thurles. Liberated at 10.30am.
