NO Training permitted -

The NIPA was founded in 1945 and it's membership was open to all members within Northern Ireland - We are one of the largest weekly convoying organisations in the UK. Presently we have approx. 100 clubs as members, with over 2,000 members. Birds competing each week can reach 25 to 30 thousand, depending on the race. The race programme starts in Ireland down to Rosscarbery and continues through Wales & England to Penzance, and the Premier OB Nat flown from St Malo (France).

THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTION MUST BE ADHERED TO IMMEDIATELY -

TRAINING YOUR PIGEONS IS NOT PERMITTED AND ANY ONE DOING SO MUST STOP IMMEDIATELY IF YOU ARE STOPPED AND QUESTIONED BY THE AUTHORITIES YOU ARE IN SERIOUS TROUBLE WITH THE LAW AND THE RPRA/NIPA YOU WILL ALL BE NOTIFIED OF ANY CHANGE .

PIGEONS ARE BEING TRAINED AS I AND OTHERS SEE THEM GOING DOWN THE LINE DO NOT GET OUR SPORT A BAD NAME AND POSSIBLY SEE IT SPLASHED ALL OVER THE MEDIA THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR TRAINING PIGEONS AT THIS MOST DIFFICULT TIME THERE ARE NO FURTHER UPDATES REGARDING A POSSIBLE DATE FOR RACING TO COMMENCE, PERSONALLY I BELIEVE WE WILL BE STILL LOCKED DOWN INTO JUNE AND POSSIBLY FURTHER.

PLEASE REMEMBER THERE ARE PEOPLE LOOSING THEIR LIFE WITH THIS VIRUS - FRED RUSSELL
