SATURDAY JULY 11TH TALBENNY OR BUDE OR OKEHAMPTON, TUESDAY JULY 14TH SKIBBEREEN YEARLING NATIONAL, SATURDAY JULY 18TH BUDE OR OKEHAMPTON, SATURDAY JULY 25TH PENZANCE OR SENNEN COVE CLASSIC, JULY 31ST ST MALO OB NATIONAL. STARTING DATE FOR Y/B TO BE CONFIRMED.

This weeks East Down Combine race will be from Horse & Jockey it is around 2 Miles from Thurles. Measurements will be available soon.

Thursday 18/06/20

The NIPA race controller has decided to race mark as normal tomorrow Friday for a possible release in Corrin on Saturday. There is a possibility of an early release on Saturday morning.

The East Down Combine Weather Committee have decided to wait until Friday Morning to make a decision on Hampering for this weeks race from Horse & Jockey (Thurles).

East Coast Federation (Dublin) - Marking Saturday for a race on Sunday from Castletown, this is due to a poor weather forecast for Saturday.

Thre Irish South Rd Federation sailed out of the Port of Dublin tonight, with approx 2,500 racing pigeons.Their expected to arrive in Holyhead ,on the west coast of Britain in the early hours of Friday morning 19th June. 19 Donnycarney Racing Pigeon Club members have 135 birds on deck .Convoyer Mick Warren will drive,his precious cargo , to a place called Talbenny. Here they will be fed watered and rested until Saturday morning ,when they should be released early from the Welsh race point weather permitting.Another race will take place hopefully at the same time,from Pilmore beach,on the east coast of Co Cork. There are six more channel races on our race programme.Two more from Talbenny ,Two from Penzance on the English coast,and one from Saint Malo in France near the end of July. The East Down Combine will Hamper as Scheduled Tonight (Friday) for this weeks race from Horse & Jockey.

Irish SR Federation - Normal marking time tonite for a race from Pilmore tomorrow Saturday, possible early lib in the morning.

AS THIS SITE IS A CATTLE MART IT IS COVERED BY THE STRICT RULES LAID DOWN BY THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE IN THE IRISH REPUBLIC
NO ONE I REPEAT NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND THIS LIBERATION
ONLY NIPA OFFICIALS WILL BE ON SITE

Ulster Fed Liberate in Thurles at 7.15 in S.S.E. wind - Good luck everyone competing

The NIPA have released in Corrin at 7.35 in sunshine with high cloud and little to no wind , winds are expected to increase as day goes on , the birds cleared really well.

ISRF have Liberated in Pembroke and Pilmore at 7.45 best of luck .
