The Ulster Federation were in Horse & Jockey at the weekend for their 3rd race of the 2021 season . The birds were liberated on Fri 07-04-21 @ 9.30am into a light easterly breeze turning north easterly on route . .80 members sent 1,793 birds . Top bird this week , at time of going to press, for the 2nd week on the trot , belongs to the Fortfield lofts of Joe Ward & Son . For the 2nd week on the trot , the winner 1st Ulster Fed is the same bird that topped the Ulster Federation last weekend from Tullamore , a cock known as 'Sean Og' . He now has won 4x1st clubs , 2 x 1st Feds & 1 x 2nd Fed and was bred for Joe by his dad Joe Senior and is direct off off 2 x 1st Open Ulster Fed Winners .
