Just making local fanciers aware of the passing of Pat Moore, the last of the Moore Brothers, who were a top partnership in the 60’s / 70’s ,competing firstly in the Londonderry R.P.S, and later in both the Foyle and Maiden City clubs.

Pat also served on the NIPA committee and was also a scribe covering the greater Nor’west area under the pen name “Sperrin”. Perhaps his greatest achievement for the sport was formation of the Foyle R.P.S which boasted a membership of 70 plus. Pat McLaughlin.
