Meanwhile the Fermoy race saw 42 members sending 209 birds and again while conditions seemed favourable the returning birds were well split up. Taking their seventh City of Derry Fed win is the Foyle partnership of Paul & Elaine Maxwell who have 3 in the result on 1st, 8th & 18th, followed by Jim Diamond on 2nd. Maiden City member Pat McLaughlin takes 3rd & 15th spots with Londonderry members Toby & Martin Gallagher in 4th. Joe Ebbs completes the top five.
