The NIPA were in Bude, Cornwall and Fermoy in Cork last weekend with both races liberated into a fairly stiff North West wind. As expected returns from Bude were scarce but a gallant few made it on the day. Winning in fine style is Foyle member John Mc Laughlin who sent two and timed two to be 1st and 4th City of Derry Fed. Racing only 5 old birds all season John proves that its quality not quantity that matters. Runner up spot goes to Eamon Coll who will be delighted with this performance while Louis & Mickey Moran take 3rd Federation. NIPA President Joe Kelly and son Donal win the Londonderry club, taking 4th Fed, with Willie & Darren Hamilton, Rock Flying Club timing 3 birds to take 6th, 7th & 8th spots.

Strabane 3/10 - 1st B Gamble 852. Buddy makes it a double in 2 weeks at the channel with a cheq cock of Walkinshaw breed.
Maiden City 10/12 - 1st Concannon Bros 403, 2nd P McLaughlin 393.
