The NIPA have the Rosscarbery YB National this weekend, race details are not confirmed yet due as usual to weather conditions. When more news is available it will be posted here. Race marking should be taking place on Thursday with the race on Saturday, no final decision has been taken yet. HOMER.

Following a lot of deliberations on Wednesday evening the NIPA have decided to proceed as planned with race marking in the local centres on Thursday as usual and a possible release on Sat 11th September in Rosscarbery. Please call back for liberation news.

At the end of the season members need the race results to claim for the various awards, deadline is two weeks after the final race due this weekend. All race results are listed in the NIPA Board on the Discussion Forum, if u find anything missing just send me an e-mail. There is usually a slight delay in posting the last results, they need done first. HOMER.

Ulster Federation have the Skibbereen YB Derby, birds released at 8.15am.
East Down Combine have the Skibbereen (2) YB Derby

ISRF Skibbereen - Marking Saturday for a Sunday race. SUNDAY Liberation at 8.00am.
ECF Rosscarbery - Marking Saturday for a Sunday race. SUNDAY Liberation at 8.30am, wind Lt NW.


EMERALD CLASSIC FINAL RACE 410km - LIBERATED 0900 - 12/09/2010 - LAST UPDATED 1045
Birds have been liberated at 9:00 in a light N NW wind in brilliant sunshine and clear blue skies. They cleared very quickly in the direction of home without circling. Based on the conditions early arrivals are expected around 14:00hrs.
