If you do not have credit then please forward funds to your Race Shipper so that this can be transferred to your Master Account in time to get your NOMINATIONS placed. Please do not leave it to the last minute to transfer funds as the transfer may not go through in time and this could result in your pigeon or pigeons not winning what they should be rewarded with.

GLOBAL NOMINATION RESULTS for TRAINING RACE 9 showed there was a total of 313 pigeons entered and this included 22 UK and 1 IRISH pigeons and in total there was 1,008 nominations, which meant US$8,276-45c was up for grabs and UK Team members won the following:- 72nd Open was GUYS LOFTS with TONY’S CHOICE bred by GRAHAM GUY and was once again pooled all the way and won US$391. This great pigeon has also won US$3,111, US$2,346, $3,196 and US$3,196 in the previous 4 Nomination races. Well done to the owner of this superb pigeon to have the confidence to once again pool it all the way against the best pigeons in the world. UNITED KINGDOM REGIONAL NOMINATIONS for TRAINING RACE 9 showed that no pigeons were Nominations.

The CASCADE CHALLENGE was a new competition introduced last year and it created a great deal of interest. It is basically a SINGLE BIRD NOMINATION and any pigeon can be entered for just US$10 (approx. £6-66p) but the “POT OF GOLD” can only be won if one of the NOMINATED PIGEONS actually wins 1st OPEN, if not its like the National Lottery, it just rolls over to the following week until somebody finally wins the jackpot. You do not have to enter the same pigeon every race, the choice is yours. The Sun City Million Dollar web site will give you all the information you need to enter this competition. There was a starting fund of US$3,028-50 (approx. £2,020) which was carried over from the 2009/10 race series. You can enter this competition starting on TRAINING RACE 2, then 6, 9, 11, 14, 15 & 18, plus CAR RACES 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 and of course the FINAL RACE. SO WHY NOT HAVE AN EXTRA BIT OF FUN AND A LITTLE GAMBLE?

CASCADE CHALLENGE result for TRAINING RACE 9 had a total of 131 entries and this included 15 pigeons entered from the UNITED KINGDOM and 4 from IRELAND and a total of US$8,978-50c was flown for
and the winner taking 1st OPEN was ANDREAS SILLER from GERMANY with his pigeon named AL BUNDY, positions for the first 12 races are listed in the Open result above. I think this is only the second time this competition has actually been won so our CONGRATULATIONS must go to this fancier for hitting the jackpot. So a new competition starts on TRAINING RACE 11 and a starting fund of US$2,000 will be given by ASI. DAVIES, COLE and WEAVER with CAITLANDS DREAM bred by ROYSTON DAVIES from WALES came 62nd OPEN and just missed out by 1 minute 18.95 seconds to scoop the jackpot. This is one of the toughest competitions to win because the single pigeon nomination means the pigeon has to win 1st Open to walk off with the cash prize. This fund will now carry over to TRAINING RACE 11 on Saturday 11th December. GOOD LUCK TO ALL THAT TAKE PART IN THIS EXCITING CHALLENGE.

If you want all your pigeons to be eligible to fly for all the “Special Prize Money” and “Special Awards” during the 5 x CAR RACES, then it really was advisable to have done them before the CAR RACE 1 but if not it can be done anytime up to CAR RACE 5, or two weeks after this race. After that date these “UN-ACTIVATED” pigeons will be offered for sale on the SCMDPR web site to anybody that wants to purchase them. See above for information as you really have nothing to lose.

I would also just like to notify fanciers that my weekly “INTERNATIONAL PRESS RELEASE”, “NEWSLETTERS” and “UPDATES” can now also be seen on the following pigeon web sites:- www.iprr.co.uk www.elimarpigeons.com www.pigeonportal.com www.pigeonglobe.co.uk www.cyberpigeon.co.uk www.pigeonbasics.com www.pigeoncare.nl www.star-pigeons.com www.pigeonnetwork.com plus of course they will also be in the “”BRITISH HOMING WORLD” and “THE RACING PIGEON” for all to see.

If you have any questions about any aspect of the SUN CITY MILLION DOLLAR PIGEON RACE, then please contact me as soon as possible on 01279-812005 or my mobile 07860-568216 or email me on reglofts@aol.com and I will do my best to answer any of your questions or queries.

IF ANY PIGEON FANCIER IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR IRELAND WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE MY WEEKLY “INTERNATIONAL PRESS RELEASES”, “NEWSLETTERS” AND “UPDATES” BY EMAIL, THEN ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS EMAIL ME THEIR ACTUAL EMAIL ADDRESS AND I WILL FORWARD THEM ALL THE INFORMATION BY EMAIL ON A REGULAR BASIS.

Unfortunately, I can’t mention all the pigeons clocked but any entrant/competitor or pigeon fancier can just log onto www.scmdpr.com and hit the Results & Listings button on the top left hand side of the home page and this will give you all the past racing results of this 2010/11 race series. SURE YOU WILL ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE.

GOOD LUCK to all concerned in TRAINING RACE 11, which takes place on Saturday 11th December from 86 miles, followed by TRAINING RACE 12 on Wednesday 15th December from 50 miles back to Sun City.
