Gold Medal Awards: nominations for a Gold Medal award are now being accepted. There is a Gold
Medal nomination form in your East Coast Fed race book. These forms should be completed and returned
to the Fed secretary no later than 1st October. INFC national winners will automatically win a Gold Medal.

Fed Dinner Dance: The ECF trophy presentation & dinner dance will take place in the
Bracken Court Hotel in Balbriggan on Friday 7th Nov. Tickets cost €30.
Rooms are availible in Bracken Court Hotel @ €79 per double room per night & breakfast is included.
