The N.I.P.A. are in Penzance and the weather there is lovely blue skies with a breeze, I have held over because of strong winds in Talbenny. The Rosscarbery birds I will continue to monitor the weather and will up date accordingly.
The N.I.P.A. have held over in Rosscarbery due to strong winds , the wind has to come round into the north west later in the after noon, these winds will not recede till later which will be to late for a liberation ,so I have spoken to the weather meteorologist and she assures me that the wind will not be a problem tomorrow.
