Obituary Andy McFarland -

It is my sad duty to report the death of Andy McFarland on 24th January 2016. Andy passed away in hospital after a period of illness.
Andy was for many years a faithful member of the Irish National Flying Club management committee. Over the years he attended many meetings and race markings and was always a willing helper. Andy was never afraid to express an opinion at a meeting or offer advice. He held many offices in the club\'s and federation he was a member of. Always one for fair play he was an East Belfast man through and through. Andy will be sadly missed by all. On behalf of the official\'s of the Irish National Flying Club we extend our deepest sympathy to his son and daughters at this sad time.
