Balbriggan Annual Charity Show & Auction - 15/12/18

The Balbriggan Inv RPC annual charity show is taking place on Saturday next (the 15th), we will be having a show along with an auction of some fantastic pigeons with all proceeds going to local charities. Penning times for the show are Friday night are 7-8pm sharp and Saturday morning 9:30 -11am Sharp, entry is €1 per bird.

The auction list is below, this is a fantastic opportunity to acquire a pigeon from some of Irelands top INFC bloodlines while supporting very worthy charitable causes. If you would like to place a commission bid on any pigeon send me a PM.

1: A 2018 Young bird from Joe Dohenny, one of Ireland top Irish national flying club fanciers with an exceptional record clocking birds from France having been twice the winner of the kings cup.

2: A 2019 Young bird from Mckeown & McEvoy of Dundalk R.P.C. McKeown & McEvoy were top flyers this year in the east coast fed and also winners of the coveted hall of fame. A young bird direct from this hall of fame is on offer.

3: A 2019 young bird from the lofts of Fintan Moran of Malahide RPC. Fintan has offered a young bird direct from his stock loft in 2019. Fintan is also the winner of a hall of fame in 2018 with a stunning red hen.

4: A 2018 young bird from N Grant & Son of Balbriggan. Mickey is known for flying very consistently year in and out when it comes to the long distance racing. Mickey was the winner of the Miller Gold Cup in 2018 with a stunning blue check hen. On offer is a 2018 young bird direct from this hen – Pure gold dust that quite literally cannot be missed.

5: A 2019 young bird from Josh Hand of Skerries RPC. Josh had a tremendous race from this year’s Quimper national finishing 2nd and 10th Open INFC with two stunning pigeons. Josh is offering a 2019 youngster from his 10th national hen.

6: A 2018 young bird from Herbie Thorpe of Proudstown lofts. Herbie is the 2015 kings cup winner with a stunning blue cheq hen. Herbie is well known to be a breeder from some of the top names in the business. This pigeon comes with a pedigree which is available on request.

7: A 2019 young bird from Mr & Mrs J McMahon of Balbriggan RPC. This young bird will be direct from his a pairing of his 1st South Section, 9th Open INFC YB Penzance winner & his 2nd south section, 2nd Open INFC YB Skibbereen winner, these pigeons are a cross of Gerry O`Mara & Joe Dohenny Bloodlines. Jackie and Moyra are seldom out of the Balbriggan clubs positions and have had great success in both the ECF & INFC this year as with previous years.

8: A 2019 bird from Ron Fewings of Rathnew, Ron is well known to race very consistent birds year and out in the East Coast Fed. Having visiting Ron a number of times to photograph multiple open winners I can vouch for the quality of pigeon Ron keeps. Ron was the winner of the Yearling National in 2014 and has had major success in the east coast federation with over 50x 1st clubs & 25x 1st Federations.

9: A 2019 young bird from P Rock & Son of Skerries RPC. Top ECF and INFC fanciers for many years. Also winners of the kings cup in 2007. This young bird again will be from the very best of what paddy and martin have to offer.

10: A 2019 young bird from Thomas McLouglin of Finglas. Thomas races very consistently in the ISRF having places 1st & 2nd mid section from this years young bird Skibbereen National. Thomas is a regular visitor to the balbriggan clocking station on national flying club days.

11: A 2019 young bird from PJ Corcoran & Son, Pj & Tony were the 2018 highest prize winners in balbriggan club and these men are also previous winners of a hall of fame with “Melissa`s Pet” Pj and tony are top class pigeon men.
