Unfortunately due to a serious mechanical issue with the transporter today the convoy is unable to make the release point in St Pol. A decision has been made under difficult circumstances to liberate at a place named Tourlaville near Cherbourg. A code for measurements will be issued in the morning. We are saddened that this has occurred .
