"POLITE REMINDER"

Dear Fellow Fancier/s,

If this email does not apply to you, then please ignore it.

However, over the past few months quite a few fanciers have shown interest in entering the 16th SCMDPR but too date I have not heard from some of these on how many pigeons they wish to enter or received their "BOOKING FORM" which of course gives me the number of entries they wish to send.

These numbers are very important because I have to make sure that I have enough basket space to accommodate our National Team.

So please if you are intending to enter and send some pigeons to this great race and have not yet let me know how many you are entering, then can you please as a matter of courtesy, call me on 01279-812005 or 07860-568216 or you email me on reglofts@aol.com so I can make sure I have enough space for your pigeons. YOUR HELP AND ASSISTANCE IN THIS MATTER WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Those that are using a PIGEON COURIER SERVICE need to contact them asap and tell them that pigeons will need to arrive with me by 18-00 on FRIDAY 13th MAY.

Those delivering and bringing their pigeons to my home address can delivered these any time up to 18-00 on either SATURDAY 14th MAY or SUNDAY 15th MAY 2011.

If you have a "COLLECTOR" in your area, they will be only too pleased to bring your pigeons down to me but of course it will be up to you to get your pigeons to them in time for there departure to me. So if you have one in your area, then please contact them immediately and make arrangements with them. If you do not know if their is a "COLLECTOR" in your area, then please call me or email as soon as possible and I will see if their is anybody else in your area that might be able to assist.

Once again it currently looks like being another "UNITED KINGDOM RECORD ENTRY" and I hope you decide to be part of our "NATIONAL TEAM" and compete in the "GREATEST & BIGGEST ONE LOFT RACE IN THE WORLD TODAY" and "FLY THE FLAG FOR THE UNITED KINGDOM".

Our "NATIONAL TEAM" has won 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th & 11th in the last three races, so this just goes to show that the pigeons bred in this country will fly and compete against the best in the world.

Training starts in OCTOBER 2011 and training and racing goes right through the end of JANUARY 2012, which give you four months of fun right through our winter months.

Dear Fellow Fancier/s,

The final shipping date for the 16th SCMDPR will be on MONDAY 4th JULY 2011.

So please you are intending to enter some of your top class pigeons, then please call me as soon as possible on 01279-812005 or 07860-568216 and confirm how many you wish to enter, so that I can make sure I purchase enough shipping baskets to export the remainder of our UK Team to South Africa.

The UNITED KINGDOM TEAM has already exported 447 pigeons and are now in the lofts in Sun City and with your help I am positive that we can once again break the UK entry record.

If you are going to use a Pigeon Courier Company to deliver your entries, then they will need to be collected from your home on either WEDNESDAY 29th or THURSDAY 30th JUNE 2011 so that they arrive with me before 18-00 on FRIDAY 1st JULY 2011. Please call you Pigeon Courier Company early as most seem to need at least a few days to plan their collections and deliveries.

Do not worry about your pigeons arriving a couple of days early as I have purchased some state of the art holding pens, which give the pigeons access to food and water at all times. Just ask anybody that has seen these and they will tell you they are really superb and all the pigeons are very happy in them. Your pigeons will certainly get first class treatment prior and during to their long onward journey to South Africa. All shipping crates are brand new and the pigeons also have access to food and water during transit.

If your pigeons are being delivered by hand, then they can arrive with me anytime up to 18-00 on either SATURDAY 2nd or SUNDAY 3rd JULY, plus I will also be accepting pigeons up to 12-00 on MONDAY 4th JULY 2011. If you have not received a map of how to get to me, then please call me as soon as possible and I will post one on to you by 1st Class Mail or even better still email you a copy.

*****SPECIAL REQUEST:- I recently advertised in the "BHW" and "RP" on Friday 3rd JUNE 2011 asking fanciers if they could try to support the CARLO'S DREAM SYNDICATE by looking through their loft/s to see if they could supply a special youngster or youngsters for this newly formed syndicate to honour the late CARLO NAPOLITANO who was the Loft Manager to Her Majesty The Queen and who unfortunately passed away on Monday 9th May 2011.
