Portadown Inv presentation in Stonebridge

The annual dinner and prize distribution was held in the Stonebridge Restaurant with the special guest being Neil Frazer of Frazer Animal Feeds Banbridge. After an excellent meal the cups were presented by Neil. The top open position was won by John Gordon who was 7th out of an entry of 27,081 birds from Tullamore young birds and John won 4 races including Talbenny Old bird. Allan Mc Donald won 10 races and won the Young Bird and Combined Averages along with the John Livingstone Cup for Combined Points. Malcolm Livingstone had another great year, as we have come to expect, and won 8 races. His highlights included winning the Penzance Old Bird Classic, the Old Bird averages and the Hyde Cup for the Cross Channel averages. Billy Cooke enjoyed success in the Penzance Young Bird National and lifted the George A Willis Trophy for the Highest Points in all Nationals. The new partnership of Hagan, Rowney and Montgomery had a great win in the Talbenny Young Bird National and lifted the Cassells cup.
