This is based on a pigeon's performance or results on all East Coast Fed races and INFC races in the current year i.e. 2013.
Nominations must be in writing to the Fed secretary (emails are accepted). The closing date for this is Friday October 4th.
No nominations will be accepted after this date. Can all club secretaries please inform your members of this award and closing date.
