Balbriggan has been holding this charity show for the last number of years and has amassed thousands of euros in the last number of years in aid of local charities. In November this year the members of Balbriggan R.P.C was awarded from Balbriggan Town Council for their contribution to local charities through holding this show each year. This year our show was held on the 7th of December, once again it was a great turnout with over 450 pigeons entered. Judges for the day were some of the East Coast Federations finest flyers, they were, Gerry O`Reilly, Tommy Spears, Michael Kiley, Tommy Storey and Charlie Kenny. Best In Show and Best Opposite Sex was awarded to one of Balbriggans greats N. Grant & Son With two smashing Red Check pigeons with the Best in Show winner being timed from France this year, great picking of behalf of the judges.

On behalf of Balbriggan R.P. Club I would like to thank our judges and all who made the effort to travel to support our show, some from as far afield as Northern Ireland, I would also like to thank all those who donated the raffle prizes and bought raffle tickets. Also a special thank you to the fanciers who donated a bird for the Auction.
