Liberations w/e 24/05/14

All the weekend details will be placed here when available. NIPA are due to race from Talbenny (South Wales), the first leg of the RPRA Meritorious Awards.
Update from NIPA - No decision has been made as yet, weather in Wales is not promising for Saturday or Sunday, the website will be updated at around 11.00pm tonight.
There will be no race marking for Talbenny tomorrow night Thursday and the web site will be updated then also.
The Race committee have said that it might possibly be a Saturday race marking for a Monday race.
The NIPA have decided to race mark on Saturday night for a possible release in Talbenny on Monday, please pass the word around.
The East Down Combine Weather Committee have decided to wait until Friday morning to make a decision on hampering for this weeks race from Mallow. Web Site will be updated on Friday morning at 10.00am.
The East Down Combine will hamper tonight Friday as scheduled for a Saturday race from Mallow.
Irish SR Federation - Due to weather and wind conditions in West Cork on Saturday and Sunday, marking for Barleycove may take place on Sunday for a Monday liberation a further update will be sent out on Friday after checking weather conditions again.
SOUTH LEINSTER FED WILL RACE MARK TONIGHT 22ND MAY FOR FRIDAY RACE.
Mid Leinster Fed Macroom - A decision will be made tonight after 9.30 news about our race on Saturday, your club Secretarys will be notified of decision made. As of now Saturday looks ok for race , but we will wait for the late forecast @ 9.30.
Please call back for updates and confirmed liberations, looks like another difficult weekend.
Saturday 24th MAY
East Down Combine - Due to rain at the race point and on route no Liberation is possible at present in Mallow, next update will be updated at 10.30am.
It is still raining at the race point and on route no Liberation is possible at present in Mallow, Next update will be at 12.30.
E.D.C Birds have been held over in Mallow.It is hoped conditions in Mallow will have improved for a race tomorrow. Next update will be 08.30 Sunday Morning.
EAST COAST FED DUBLIN ...BIRDS HELD OVER IN PILMORE BEACH DUE TO BAD WEATHER
The birds have been brought from Pilmore to Tramore. Looks a better chance of a lib from Tramore in the morn. - UPDATE IN THE MORNING.
INFC Skibbereen old bird national. Weather reports for Tuesday look favourable at present.
Race advisors will make a final decision tomorrow afternoon Sunday. Please call back for confirmation of race-marking arrangements tomorrow evening (Sunday).
Sunday 25th MAY
Irish SR Fed - Due to poor weather forecast this weekend we will now mark on Sunday for a race on Monday from Barleycove.
Barleycove marking Sunday 18 per crate truck leaves Northside at 4pm and Southside at 5pm.
East Coast Fed (Dublin) - Due to poor weather & a poor weather forecast. We have decided do to have no lib & bring the birds home.
Regarding collecting the birds, it will be the same as a couple of weeks ago. Birds will be brought to the Ballybrack & Skerries clubs.
East Down Combine - Conditions on route from Mallow are not suitable for a Liberation at present. Next update will be at 10.30am.
Conditions on route from Mallow have improved but are still not suitable for a Liberation. Next update will be at 12.00.
It has been decide a race from Mallow will not be possible today. The birds are being moved to a shorter race point for a possible race on Monday. Next update will be at 08.30pm Tonight.
EDC - The birds are now in Mullingar for a possible race tomorrow Monday. As there may be an early Liberation in the morning all fanciers are advised to keep in touch with the Web Site or Lib line.

Skibbereen old bird national. Weather reports for Tuesday look favourable at present.
Race marking will take place as arranged on Monday 26th May between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Full details are in the race entry form booklet.
Monday 26th MAY
NIPA - at the moment in Talbenny ( Monday ) it is a beautiful morning but not so good on the east coast of Ireland unfortunately the weather in Wales is to start and deteriorate although it is supposed to clear in Ireland. The convoyer is ready to release but the race controller is not happy at present, website will be updated when further information becomes available.
The NIPA have liberated in Talbenny at 10.45am in a southerly wind. Would all race secretaries please have their club results faxed or emailed to office by 10.30pm tonight.
ISRF Barleycove - out at 12 best of luck
EDC - Due to fog and rain on route from Mullingar no Liberation is possible at present. Next update will be at 10.00am.
Conditions on route from Mullingar are still not suitable for a Liberation. Next update will be at 11.00am.

466 members have entered 4293 pigeons and are competing for £15,170 stg.
Pigeons have been released at 08.45am in a light south east wind.
