For the weekend forecast Saturday would again appear to be the best day. Planned liberations include NIPA in Fermoy, Ulster Federation also in Fermoy and East Down Combine in Mallow. Latest news from the NIPA on Thursday evening was that no decision would be made regarding race marking on Friday until around 1.30pm, this due to a bad weather forecast.

LATEST: NIPA will race mark Friday as normal hoping for an early liberation in Fermoy on Saturday. This page will update when more news is available.

LIBERATIONS: The NIPA will release in Fermoy at 8.30am, little or no wind at racepoint, Southerly en-route. Rain coming in from the West is not expected until later in the afternoon. Races next week are Talbenny YB Nat and a comeback event from Tullamore. Members doing both races will require 2 clocks unless their ETS system can cover more than one race. Ulster Federation have released in Fermoy at 9.00am, wind Lt South. East Down Combine have mist at Mallow race-point, but clear on route. Liberation in Mallow confirmed at 9.30am, wind Lt South.
