RPRA AGM set for 09/06/21 -

RPRA AGM
Good Afternoon All, Following the Governments published road map out of lockdown the Executive Committee met to discuss when we could possibly hold the RPRA AGM. Before I outline the committee's decision below I want to stress that this dependent on how and when the Governments restrictions are lifted etc and therefore subject to change .
Considerations included;
1. The regions requirement to hold and AGM and meeting prior to the RPRA AGM
2. The meeting should be mid week - due to it taking place during the race season
3. As far as is practically possible the amount of time we meet should be kept to a minimum
4. When the Irish delegates may be able to travel
Therefore the following was decided
1. To Hold the AGM and full council meeting on Wednesday 9th June 2021 at Notttingham. AGM to start at 9am.
2. To hold the relevant committee meetings via zoom over a period of days, prior to 9th June
3. The Rules committee agenda will be added to the Council agenda - thoughts here related to the implication of rules passed at the AGM and the need to discuss after the AGM and not before.
