NIPA UPDATE - the commitee tonight agreed to keep the racing date of the 24th april as there date to commence racing provided the general licence is in place a midweek race will take place 28th april and then the programme and dates set out earlier in the year will commence remember this depends on licences after the avian flu outbreak Jim Ramsey taken from Facebook.
