JOURNEY’S END - N.I.P.A NOTES – SECTIONS C, D, F, & G
Another week of racing which had 3 different races to enjoy for the members of the N.I.P.A. The Fermoy with the Fermoy 5 Bird Championship being flown within the Fermoy Race in Co. Cork. Flown on the same day was the Dale YB Channel National. A total of 359 Members sent 2,997 Birds across the Channel to Dale in Wales for the Yb Channel National. The Birds were liberated at 9:00AM in a East/South East Wind at the liberation point.
N.I.P.A. YOUNGBIRDS CROSS THE CHANNEL
The Winning Bird from the Channel National Youngbird Race belongs to Keith Allister of Monaghan H.P.S in Section E.
Many Congratulations to Keith Allister on claiming 1st & 2nd N.I.P.A. Open from Dale from 2,997 Birds.
Also, Congratulations to R. Buckley of Annaghmore H.P.S. in Section E on 3rd N.I.P.A. Open
SECTION C REPORT
The Winner of Section C (72/601) from Dale was T H Gibson of Ballyclare & District H.P.S. T H Gibson take home 1st Prize winners in Section C (601 Birds) with a result of 57thOpen (2,997 Birds) The Dale Section C Winning Pigeon is . Many Congratulations to Section C Winners T H Gibson and Big Congratulations to all Club Winners

The 1st national in the YB calendar brought us to Dale across the sea. With the Fermoy & Fermoy 5 bird taking place the same day also
With the YB convoy in wales being liberated at 9am, into an east wind!
Winning the EAA and finishing 2nd sec C 69th open are the A&T Agnew partnership of Ballyclare. Great phone call with Trevor this evening where he informed me he’s only been racing for about 6 years, a very nice result on what turned out a tough day at the office!
The blue cock is bred from a pair of Trevor’s ob racers with the dam doing very well out of some of the channel races herself.
The yb is on the darkness system flying to the perch .
Very well done to you folks from all at the EAA. Keep up the good work!!

The Dromore Fancier wins the accolade of 1stSection D from the Channel National (226 Birds) with a finish of 58thN.I.P.A. Open (2,997 Birds). This Section Winner is a Blue Hen and is a cross Jan Arden x Sootjen of Derek Edgars . Many Congratulations to Section D Winners Joe Kelly & Sons and Big Congratulations to all Club Winners

The Winner of Section F (42/219) from Dale was R. Shaw of Corrigs H.P.S. Top Winners of 1st Section F (219 Birds) Many Congratulations to Section F Winner R. Shaw and Big Congratulations to all Club Winners.
SECTION G REPORT
The Winner of Section G (34/350) from Dale was Gilbert McBride & Son of Drumnavady H.P.S Wayne pictured with the wining pigeon that was obtained from Robert Rea of Larne H.P.S. through the Channel Fed Breeder Buyer. He was flown to the perch and raced consistently all year up until Dale when he was 1st Club, 1st Section G (350 Birds) He also finished 3rd in the Channel Ded Breeder Buyer collecting £300.
