The NIPA will racemark tomorrow Monday for a possible release on Thursday collection times at centres will be as channel collections bar Derry/ L,Derry which will be collected around 6 .Would centre officials please ensure all seal numbers for end lids and top lids be recorded and handed to drivers.

Unfortunately due to a serious mechanical issue with the transporter today the convoy is unable to make the release point in St Pol. A decision has been made under difficult circumstances to liberate at a place named Tourlaville near Cherbourg. A code for measurements will be issued in the morning. We are saddened that this has occurred .
