The INFC members and birds will compete in the opening race of 2010, Skibbereen OB Inl Nat will be flown in a headwind. Liberation News & Early times will be added as we get them. Good Luck to all.
Liberation in Skibbereen has been confirmed as 10.00am in a Lt NE wind to turn North en route. 489 members sent 3,754 birds competing for £16,848 in pools and prizes. Clocks should be returned to your usual centre for checking, in Northern Ireland that is either Banbridge, Lisburn or Muckamore. The Clock Centre officials are as before. In the race last year the entry was very similar 492/3,755, won by Cromie & Magee & Son of Ballynahinch recording vel 1650 for the 243 miles. Birds had been released at 10.30hrs in a Lt south-west wind. It will not be as fast today.
