Notice of East Coast Federation AGM -

The East Coast Fed AGM will take place on Sunday 30th November 2014 at 10.00am.

The venue for the AGM is Wynn’s Hotel, 35-39 Lower Abbey St, Dublin 1. Any proposals by your clubs for the agenda of the AGM must be in writing; this should be submitted to the East Coast Fed secretary by or before the 9th November 2014, i.e. 21 days before the AGM. Proposals will not be accepted after this date. Des Guildea (ECF Secretary). Could all last year’s trophy winners in the south-side get trophies back to Phil Smith in the next few days so things can be organised for the Prize Giving Dinner.

Message from Secretary - Fed Trophies: Could the members who won trophies last year please return them to Fed Secretary or committee members before 1st October. Gold Medal Awards: Nominations for a Gold Medal award are now being accepted. There is a Gold Medal nomination form in your East Coast Fed race book. These forms should be completed and returned to the Fed Secretary no later than 1st October. INFC national winners will automatically win a Gold Medal.
ECF Dinner Dance: The ECF Trophy Presentation & Dinner Dance will take place in the Bracken Court Hotel in Balbriggan on Friday 7th Nov. Tickets cost €30. Rooms are available in Bracken Court Hotel @ €79 per double room per night, and breakfast is included.
