Winning Double for M/M Robinson -

For the second week the NIPA members enjoyed good racing, despite poor weather on Saturday returns were good in both events, Bude in Cornwall was the second cross channel race and Castletown for the Inland Yearling National. Liberation in Bude was at 8.50am in a West SW wind and best birds were timed by Mr & Mrs Robinson in Ahoghill two arrivals at 14.35hrs flying 288 miles finished 1st & 2nd in both MAC and the NIPA Sect B. They were followed by Harold Cubitt 1st Rasharkin, Paddy McManus Ahoghill and Stewart Bros 1st Randalstown. Local clubs should pay their entries for the NIPA Penzance Classic in Ballymena on Wednesday evening no Centre expenses this time and then Monday evening 24th June we will collect payment for St Malo National which will include Centre Expenses at £1 per member plus 15p a bird. Race marking arrangements will be on NIPA Site. Clubs will not need reminded two members must attend to give assistance at the Marking Centre, as per NIPA Rules.
