IMPORTANT NOTICE TO FANCIERS FOR FRENCH NATIONAL

RACE SHEETS (ALL DETAILS MUST BE ENTERED)
1. IHU / RPRA Identification number.
2. Longitude / Latitude details ( All North Section Fanciers Only ) - Reason is that all fanciers will be measured using the same formula and therefore north section fanciers will have to get new measurements. This can be done after the birds have been entered in the race and clock stations will be notified of new measurements for everybody.
3. Cost per bird is 10 euro - This is the total cost for entering a bird in the open and section).
4. Conversion from Sterling to Euro is 1.15
( Prize money will be converted into sterling using this rate as well).
5. Unlimited number of birds per loft.
6. Unlimited pools - For example, noms can be applied a number of birds at the fanciers choice.
7. No membership fee required - everyone in the island of Ireland can enter this race.
8. French national race - This will be a 3 day race and hours of darkness will apply. Fanciers will be given notice of the hours of darkness in due course.
9. Race sheets - Copies will be available at each centre.
GENERAL
1. French National Trophy - A leading fancier and family have already sponsored this prestigious cup. More details will be announced in the coming weeks.
2. Hampering - Maximum 10 pigeons per hamper.
3. Clock stations
Pigeons timed on the first day
Clock stations will be open from 10 pm to 12 midnight or by agreement with the Clock Station Manager .This is dependent on birds being timed in the area covered by the Clock Station.
It is the full responsibility of the fancier to ensure that the Clock Station Manager is fully aware of any arrivals prior to attending the Clock Station.
Second and Third Day Arrivals
Clock Station opening times will be at the discretion of the Station Manager .
Notice of opening times will be published on Social Media Sites etc
It is the full responsibility of the fancier to make sure that they are aware of opening times and arrangements .
4. WhatsApp group - This is being setup to inform fanciers of notices, liberations, videos etc. Anyone that wants to be included in this Whatsapp group please Contact or PM either Angus Smyth or Conor McCabe with your contact number and you will be added.
