It was all Newry City lofts that were involved at the top of the NIPA race flown from Fermoy in County Cork, despite heavy showers later in the day the birds returned well having had an early liberation at 8.30am. Ballyholland had the best two birds, Cormac O’Hare & Daughter were a yard in front of the consistent Samds & Rice to be followed by Ron Williamson 1st Newry & Dist and Donnelly Bros 1st in Newry City Invitation. Next week the race is again from Fermoy to be followed by the YB National Talbenny.
