‘Skyfall’
NIPA open winner from yesterday race against 18,726 birds (Gowran Park). 1st Club. 1st Section E & 1st Open NIPA. Breed is a Hereman Ceuster/Van den Bulck bred by Cock Crow Breeding Lofts. I would just like to thank everyone for all there support with the nice comments & messages I received.
Gowran Park racecourse in County Kilkenny was the venue for the fourth old bird race, just short of 19,000 birds were released at 10.30am in a northerly wind. A bit of sun and blue sky over the route ensured a good race even in a headwind. The best bird was timed in Portadown & Drumcree for Jason Whitten & Son doing velocity 1349 just a yard ahead of G & A Campbell of Armagh HPS who has won all club races to date. ‘Skyfall’ the yearling open winner is a Hereman Ceuster/Van den Bulck bred by Cock Crow Breeding Lofts in Dromore.
