G & S Smith from Cookstown, 1st Open NIPA from Talbenny.

The first cross channel race was flown from Talbenny in South Wales last Sunday 22^nd May, just over 11,300 NIPA birds were released at 7.30am in a Lt Westerly wind. Another excellent result with the overall 1^st Open winners S & G Smyth of Cookstown doing velocity 1423, this loft has been up at the top of Sect A all season and a very well deserved 1^st Open NIPA.
